Terms and Agreement


 

By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to the above, please do not use this service.

 

1. Personal Information

The company does not and will not collect any personal information from the customer unless it is required to successfully complete an online order. Any information given to this company by an unsupervised child will not be the company’s responsibility.

 

2. Shop Supplies and Content

Any content from the company’s online store (special offers, items for sale, stocks, etc.) maybe removed from the site without prior notice at the company’s discretion. Any order a customer may place on a suddenly removed item, offer, or stock will be considered cancelled.

All the content from this website belongs to the company and are for informational purposes only. All contents from this website are original. The use and distribution of any content from this website is prohibited unless authorized by the company.

 

3. Delivery and Returns Policy

After an order is placed, the company will contact the customer to confirm his/her order as soon as the possible. On the event that a delivery location will require the deliverer to pay a parking or entrance fee, the customer should inform the company as the company will add the extra charge to the total fees the customer has to pay. Deliveries within Metro Manila will take about 3 -5 working days. The company will give an approximate date on when the delivery will happen but the specific time will not be given.

If the item delivered has defects or is damaged, the customer can request a replacement of the same item within 7 days as long as it is not the customer’s doing that damaged the item. The customer can also request a different item as long as the new item costs the same or is lower than the price of the item to be replaced (if the price of the new item is higher, the customer has to pay the extra amount).

In the event that an item does not fit, does not work as intended, or is not what the customer expected, they may request to change the item into something else (following the rules above that the new item should cost the same or lower, or higher but increasing the original amount paid).

Replacement and exchange delivery charges will not be free.

The customer may cancel an order within 48 hours after the order is placed.
